Comprehensive 24/7 Support
Our crisis services encompass a range of support options to meet your needs:
- 24-Hour Telephone Crisis Line: Receive immediate support, brief problem-solving counseling, information, advice about resources, and referrals to appropriate mental health providers or agencies.
- Under 24-Hour Face-to-Face Outreach: Our Crisis Team members are available to meet people in our offices, hospital Emergency Rooms, or other community settings. We provide crisis stabilization support, assess individuals for hospitalization or the use of crisis beds, and respond to critical incidents or community disasters. Additionally, our integrated team offers psychiatric consultation 24/7.
- Accessible Care, Regardless of Financial Situation: We believe that everyone should have access to crisis support, regardless of their ability to pay. Our services are available to all, and while some may be billed to individuals, Medicaid/Medicare, or other insurance, we ensure that financial barriers do not impede access to urgent mental health care.
In times of crisis, know that you're not alone. Reach out to our Crisis Team for immediate support and guidance.

Being able to have appointments through Zoom has been a huge help. It makes it easier to keep appointments, cuts down on stress as I don’t have to worry about transportation or if I can afford gas for my car. It also helps with anxiety when the weather is bad as I don’t have to drive. It is also really easy to get in contact with your team. Everyone is very reachable by either phone or email…I feel like I can reach out to either our case manager or counselor at any time, which helps with making me feel very supported.
