HCRS continued to grow this November with the addition of 7 new team members. Their skills and commitment help carry our work forward and support the communities we serve! 😊

With more than 550 staff across 20+ locations, new faces join HCRS every month to help keep care accessible across Windham and Windsor counties. These September hires strengthen programs across mental health, substance use services, developmental services, and our Kindle Farm School—helping us support more than 4,000 people each year.

Here’s who joined us this month:

From left: Jay Brandon – Stabilization Specialist in Bellows Falls, Amber Allen – DSP Community in Windsor, Sarah Legasse – Public Safety Service Coordinator in Springfield, Lacey Dix – Assistant Area Manager in Brattleboro, Amy Wilson – DSP Community in Springfield.

Allyson Handy – DSP Employment in Springfield, Nikki Ekenstierna – Case Manager II in Brattleboro.

We’re grateful these new team members have chosen to be part of HCRS and look forward to the impact they’ll make. 💚
