Behind every service we provide are people who care deeply about showing up for others. This October, 10 new team members joined HCRS, adding new skills, voices, and energy to our shared mission.
With more than 550 staff across 20+ locations, new faces join HCRS every month to help keep care accessible across Windham and Windsor counties. These September hires strengthen programs across mental health, substance use services, developmental services, and our Kindle Farm School—helping us support more than 4,000 people each year.
Here’s who joined us this month:

From left: Stefan Ramirez – Case Manager II in Springfield, Tammy Lawton – Residential Specialist in Bellows Falls, Mary Turner – DSP Community in Brattleboro, Rachael Rooney – School-based Behavioral Interventionist in Brattleboro, Christopher Scotellaro – Respite Provider in Hartford, Joseph Dimare – Respite Provider in Hartford.

We’re glad to have each of you here. Your care, commitment, and fresh perspectives help strengthen our work and our community. 💚
