Bellows Falls Self Advocates will be hosting their bake sale down at the Village Square Booksellers.

Proceeds from this bake sale will help fund admission for members of Winds of Change (WOC) to attend the annual Voices and Choices Conference in Burlington, hosted by the Green Mountain Self Advocates (GMSA). This event is a highlight for members, offering the chance to connect with advocates statewide and celebrate self-advocacy through activities like talent shows and dances.

WOC is our local self-advocacy group and part of a larger network of over 20 groups across Vermont. Together, they empower individuals with disabilities to speak up for themselves and their rights while making a difference in their communities.

WOC supports local initiatives, such as collecting aluminum tabs to donate to David’s House, which provides support for families with children receiving medical care.
