Our team keeps growing—and so does our impact!

In July, 13 new professionals joined HCRS to help strengthen our mental health, substance use, and developmental services across Windham and Windsor counties. With more than 550 staff working across 20+ locations, our ability to meet the needs of our communities depends on dedicated people stepping into meaningful roles—and we’re excited to welcome this newest group of changemakers.

These new team members bring diverse experience and energy to the work we do every day, from direct support and crisis response to communications and care coordination. Whether serving on the front lines or behind the scenes, each of them plays a critical role in helping us carry out our mission: empowering people to reach their potential.
