Did you know that 95% of opioid-related overdose deaths in Vermont last year involved fentanyl? With 231 lives lost to opioid overdoses in 2023, it’s clear we need to increase our support for each other as a community. That’s why we’re stepping up, to break down barriers that prevent access to these vital tools.

- Fentanyl and Xylazine test strips help identify dangerous substances, empowering people to make safer decisions.
By providing these resources, we’re making it easier for our communities to take action and prevent tragedy.

It’s simple—just stop by one of our 3 regional offices during business hours (Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm):
