Careers

We envision a community where people are inspired, empowered, and supported to lead healthy and meaningful lives. Our mission is to provide creative, collaborative, and compassionate health care services that are responsive to the needs of our communities.

Being a best place to work is important to us. We understand that our staff have employment choices and can decide to leave HCRS and take their dedication, knowledge, and skills to another employer.

We have worked hard to make HCRS an employer of choice by creating a workplace that is positive, supportive, and yet challenging in order to retain current staff and attract the best new staff. We offer competitive salaries, one of the best benefit packages in Vermont, and professional development opportunities to make your time, not just a job, but a fulfilling career.

We understand that our colleagues need work-life balance and our benefits package reflects that. We offer a generous paid time off policy as well as medical, dental, vision, and retirement plans that take care of the whole family. In addition, we offer a variety of health, financial, wellness, and fun incentives.

In return we ask our staff to work hard and be committed to providing the highest quality services to our clients and their families. And, that is also why our goal of being the “agency of choice” is so important. We know clients and their families can choose to go elsewhere, but because of our excellent staff and the excellent services they provide, clients and families choose HCRS.

HCRS offers employment on both a regular and contract basis.
