The start of the year marked continued growth for HCRS, with 8 new professionals joining our agency in January. Their arrival strengthens programs across the region and reinforces our commitment to making services accessible, responsive, and rooted in community. 😊
With more than 550 staff working across 20+ locations, HCRS welcomes new colleagues throughout the year to help keep services accessible across Windham and Windsor counties. These November hires are already strengthening programs across mental health, substance use services, developmental services, and Kindle Farm School—supporting our ability to walk alongside more than 4,000 people each year.
We’re happy to introduce the newest members of our team:

From left: Federica Brito – Children’s Clinician I in Brattleboro, Zachary Cote – Children’s Behavioral Interventionist in Hartford, Martin Gawron – Residential Specialist in Bellows Falls.
From left: Alexander Baker – Children’s Behavioral Interventionist in Hartford, Robert Myrland – Behavioral Support Staff at Kindle Farm School, Natasha Lawson – Respite Provider in Brattleboro, Alivia Emerson – Respite Provider in Springfield, Melissa Dickerson – Office Generalist in Hartford.
We’re excited to see the ways their work will strengthen services across our region and support more people in reaching their potential. 💚
