We’re excited to share some great news! Jean Warner has officially stepped into the role of Director of Developmental Services at HCRS. Jean’s passion for helping people with developmental disabilities and her wealth of experience make her the perfect fit for this role.
Jean has been part of the HCRS family since October 2022, when she joined us as the DS Area Manager in our Bellows Falls office. Since then, she’s shown incredible dedication and expertise in the developmental services field. With a Bachelor’s Degree in psychology from the University of Southern Maine and over 28 years of experience, Jean has made a significant impact throughout her career.
Her leadership skills and commitment to empowering individuals with developmental disabilities really stand out. Jean’s training in supported employment services, person-centered planning, and cultural competence highlights her focus on creating inclusive and supportive environments.
Jean is thrilled about her new role, sharing, “I am humbled by the privilege to be part of HCRS and to lead a DS team that is committed to supporting people with developmental disabilities to live their best lives as defined by them.”
Jean’s dedication hasn’t gone unnoticed – she was awarded the Robert Hemingway Leadership Award back in 2004, a testament to her commitment to excellence and innovation.
